1. Definition of Competitors:
A) For the purpose of the Ten Percent Deal Render-it defines a Competitor as a Commercial Render Farm as defined in section 2 below

2. Definitions of Commercial Render Farms:
For the purposes of the Ten Percent Deal offered by Render-it, a commercial render farm is a company that meets all of the following conditions:
A) The commercial render farm must have more than 30 processors available to render with.
B) The commercial render farm must be incorporated i.e. must be a LTD, LLC or equivalent within the country it resides in.
C) The commercial render farms' primary line of work must be commercial rendering.
D) The commercial render farm must be using legitimate software.
E) The commercial render farm must be a For Profit Organisation.


3. Authenticity of the quote: Render-it will only accept quotes as valid quotes from competitors if it meets both of the following conditions:
A) The quote is in email, Fax or written form.
B) The quote is verifiably from a commercial render farm (see Section 1 above).
Render-it may accept verbal quotes at it’s own discretion.


4. Render-it reserves the right to refuse to accept a job at it’s own discretion.

5. Currency fluctuations:
A) Render-it will gladly give the quote in the local currency of the country in which the requesting company is registered.
B) Render it uses the following currency calculator to calculate foreign rates:

C) Render-it will honour the foreign exchange quote as long as the currency fluctuations do not exceed 25% of the value on the day quoted. Render-it will then requote using the method listed in section 5 A

6. All jobs accepted will be subject to Render-it’s normal terms and conditions as shown here:



For the purposes of the normal terms and conditions listed, this quote will fall under section 1 C as a Project Rate.

7. Unless agreed differently within this Agreement, English Law governs this agreement. .
